Indian Fake news media brigade about Pakistan, PTM and Baluchistan. India has over 265 Fake media groups in 65 countries that are propaganda machines. Report from Indpendent EU commission. Many Pakistanis and journalists use these to justify anti-Pakistan agendas. This is how they work
We have always known about Indian fake news media. I am going to briefly describe them. These Fake newspapers and websites have been shared by registered media groups in Pakistan and many so-called Pakistani journalists.
How Indian fake news media operates is most of them are named after old newspapers that are not in circulation anymore. They re-publicize anti-Pakistan content. All of them have Twitter accounts as well. Many so-called reputable media groups like KCNA, Voice of America, Interfax, RT have printed their content. They arrange small demonstration and protests usually involving local paid indian citizens pretending to be Pakistanis to influence world leaders and misinform locals.
They work by using:
They hide behind their NGO status in EU and world to gain influence and their biggest fake groups were EP Today (European Parliament Today), Times of Geneva, Organization for Pakistani Minorities (EOPM), Pakistani Women’s Human Rights Organization, 4newsAgency.com.
Many of their twitter tags and websites have been taken down and relaunched with new names.
They are registered in EU and Abu Dhabi but IPs of uploads can be traced back to India forensically.
Usually, the hashtags they used were #voiceforpakminority, #PWHRO, #WomenRightsPakistan, #stoppashtungenocide, #Balochindependence amongst others.
Recent tags used are called #Balochistan_is_not_Pakistan and #pashtunkilling. They spread their agenda and share it to over 65 countries with locally registered domains, and papers and in multiple languages.
Similar Indian networks operate in US, Canada, and Asia.
Pakistanis need to be very careful when sharing anything from an unverified source because they use *.org, *.eu, *.us, *.ca domains for authenticity.
If you want to see how they operate the see this (Highly Recommended):

They work by using:
- Influence international institutions and elected representatives with coverage of specific events and demonstrations;
- Provide NGOs with useful press material to reinforce their credibility and thus be impactful;
- Add several layers of media outlets that quote and republish one another, making it harder for the reader to trace the manipulation, and in turn (sometimes) offer a “mirage” of international support;
- Influence public perceptions on Pakistan by multiplying iterations of the same content available on search engines.
