Would Pakistan, which always loves to compete and tries to equate itself with India, implement similar policy for persecuted Muslims in India? If yes, how many Muslims of India would migrate to Pakistan and what would be the impact on Indian society?

Because Pakistan was created for and by the Muslims of India. So it excluded Christians too.

India is a secular state while Pakistan is a Islamic republic.

no I am asking why India has muslims when more than fair share of resource rich lands during partition was given to muslims, why didnt they moved to islamic states?

May be they would have, had India declared itself as a Hindu state.

Borders were open till 1953 and people were still allowed to choose their countries ...Hindus in the areas in Pakistan were fools who decided to stay there and now seeking asylum from their own mother land , every Hindu who stayed in Pakistan knows what happened to Sikh and Hindu ladies of Punjab ........... they become blind even after seeing the glimpse of what they are facing now
