Well you can say USA TV and billboards dominates England as well.

That is simply because culture between and UK and England is similar, and no doubt about it USA makes better TV then us.

And same thing is happening to India and Pakistan, but difference is, war mongers dislike this and want this to stop.

Why is there a song and dance in every Indian movie? (along with some 50,000 extras)

May be you could sync the sound track with the editing or something . Frankly much of the song and dance routine sort of disrupts the flow of a story.
