Indian boxer unconditionally apologizes for medal tantrum at Asian Games

. .
Wtf is wrong? She is a champion in our eyes,She has shown a true Champions grit,They know their worth and puny medals won't recognize greatness.
She did the right thing, She is being pressurized by AIBA to retake the medal and offer apologies, since their bias in ASIAD has come in open.
Anyone watching her match would clearly know who is the winner.
IPL fixed cricket up,
ISL-Indian Soccer League is gonna fix Soccer up!
next we need BSL-Boxing Super league--once its up,shiver me timbers, :D

.
AIBA is dominated by Koreans. I think what she did was right, courageous woman, respect for her.

.
They should put a life time ban on this player, her reaction so was awful and shameful lol

.
Why throw a tantrum? Indians always lose in any sport event.

.
Now i know why India always end up at the bottom in the medal table. They simply refuse accepting medals presented to them :D

Terrible sportsmanship.. Not a good look when you're representing a country

.
Everyone can get engulfed by one's emotional outflow, it's highly sporty of her to acknowledge her fault.

Indian boxer did the right thing-
Thats no way to win gold for your country-
Its called cheating -

You have to think from her side too.. She is working hard for the last 15 years.. She has a child, still she worked hard to represent India there.. She punched the hell out of Korean still they declared Korean as a winner.. You cannot just let it go if you work hard to achieve this.. For me it was a good way to show the protest.. Whoever watched the video of the game will know what I am talking about.. If AIBA is taking action against her, then let it be.. If AIBA had any dignity left, they would have taken action against those judges..

We should start Boxing leage parallel to AIBA. Ask all the top boxers of the world to join. Give high match fees. Make AIBA worthless.

As a sportsperson one need to accept both wins and losses in grace, What ever the circumstances, Thats what being mentally strong is all about. Especially at a multi national sporting event

Throwing hissy fits in open shows the person or where he/she comes from in bad light

You do not put up with injustice. You must fight it- that is your dharma. That was the same when Arjuna fought his cousins, his teacher Drona and grandsire Bhisma, and it is the same now. There is no need to apologize.

I think to express one's emotions is equally part of sportsmanship. Sarita Devi, in my opinion, was fine in showing her tantrums when it was obvious that she had won the game but denied the win. However, I was pained to see her putting the medal in theneck of jina Park. That was very offensive on Sarita's part and very sweet on Park's part to not give her a punch and nicely go to her and return her medal.
I would rather blame the officials and coach who had accompanied her as they are supposed to act outside the boxing ring and should have counselled her post the debacle.
