In a bizarre act of savagery, a 26-year-old man was thrashed to death by another man for spending too much time inside a public urinal.

The 40-year-old murderer allegedly lost patience and began pounding the victim as soon as the latter emerged from the urinal.

According to police, Saiman Ningeri, a resident of Mahim, entered a public toilet on Saturday around 8.30pm. In the meantime, Santosh Kargutkar from the same locality stood outside awaiting his turn.

“According to the eyewitness statement, Kargutkar became enraged as Ningeri was taking too much time inside the toilet. So, he started banging on the door,” said an officer from the Mahim police station. He added that as soon as Ningeri came out, Kargutkar grabbed him and started punching and kicking him.

“Before people nearby could intervene, Kargutkar dragged Ningeri a few metres away from the toilet, and continued to rain blows on his chest and abdomen,” said the officer.

“When Ningeri lost consciousness, Kargutkar fled from the spot. Ningeri was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead before admission. The police was then informed,” said another police officer.

“We arrested Kargutkar from the area even though he hid himself for three hours by moving from one place to another. We are checking to see if Kargutkar has a record of previous crimes,” added the officer.

The policy failure of building adequate toilets has caused lives in India.

Sad incident... people should learn to have patience... BTW are we still discussing toilets on PDF?

This is the reason why we Indians prefer to do the 'business' outside. We just can't manage the business in closed doors... its just not natural.... ;)

I think its forbidden to discuss toilets here at :pdf:

WOW!!!what a quality defense related thread that too in posted in World Affairs...keep it up..OP is living up-to his reputation.

I don't get it the bloke that beat up the bloke for taking too long really needed to go. I would have just gotten in the bathroom instead of fighting the bloke...i mean i really had to go an all....

Now i m scared to fight indian they seem so violence

My question is that how could the one beating the other guy up hold his excrement long enough to beat the other one to death, if he had to go so bad as to become enraged?

Really, think about it.

Dude i wrote the same thing and said the same thing. I bet it had something internal rather than this. maybe he crapped his pants and to avoid shame, he took his frustrations on the bloke.

We will have to do a deeper investigation and further forensics on the first bloke's pants.

Wah

Another thread on a non issue

Public anger is unfortunate, in most cases we all have short fuses. Road rage cases are another example.

Pak too suffers from the same aliment.

Difference between us Pakistanis and you Indians here, is that you wouldn't find a single Pakistani trying to down play on your given link but openly would denounce such acts of criminals, but you Indians shamefully endorse and justify any and every bloody thing done in India.

Not that I agree with you but there is a difference between us.

I'll drink to that.

The issue that the subject is a non issue remains.

Public anger is common across the world and more in under developed countries where frustration is often vented on the wrong person.

Thats all.
