Indian Army asking for permission to kill all kashmiris

Mentality of occupational force...if this is what they think of ordinary kashmiris ...
Nothing surprise modi just reprsent the majority of indians and there point of view against kashmiris

Thank you for the thoughtful answer.

Technically, about the pellets, the article I quoted seems to indicate that pellets are fired by the paramilitary too, which in context of Kashmir would be the BSF and CRPF.

I agree that the Pandits were driven out of their homes and that was unjust. I wrote about that in my thread here.

And in this thread of mine In my humble way I have tried to put up a solution to not only the Kashmir issue but towards ending the larger antagonism between India and Pakistan.

About religious violence, I think much of the militancy in Kashmir is not driven by religion ( like from Al Qaeda ). It is more about separatism. Though unfortunately there have begun some "religious" regressive elements like Asiya Andrabi.

No, I am not facing such actions.
A dishonest answer. Its driven by religion. Thats why no Hindus, Buddhists and sikhs Kashmiris are separatists. Though i accept your point only some muslims in jk are separatists, but only muslims.

Hindus and Muslims are like ... no that’s the comparison. Hindus and Muslims are like Hindus and Muslims. Not compatible.

No real Muslim would accept Hindu rule. By real I mean Muslims committed to their religion not those red-dotted Diwali celebrating Ganga-bathing people with Persian names. India’s presence in Kashmir will always be considered occupation. The Hindus know that and nowadays they don’t even cover it up anymore. This is the millennia old conflict between Islam and Hinduism par excellence. No sugar coating please.

.
In 89 when 100s of thousands of Hindus were genocided away from their centuries old homes , it was also wrong.

No such a thing happened, a couple hundred Pandits (at best) were killed over a protracted period of several years. In what world can you cite that as sufficient cause for 500,000+ people leaving a region? That was their own decision, as saddening as it is.

.
This video should be a proof to show that indian dogs are not welcomed in kashmir. The kashmiri ppl hate india and considers the soldiers as occupier pigs.

Now I am more vocal that PA and PAF should have not gone soft when they responded to the Indian attacks on Balakot, which is Pakistan proper.

This man is a good example and advertisement of what is wrong with Indian people.

Pakistanis please know your enemies, show no mercy.

Wouldn't have change anything.

. . .
It has to be well understood that if Kashmir was a normal province of British India, it would have gone to Pakistan automatically under the Radcliffe commission. Hindus know that very well.

Even after the war Hindu leadership refused to partition the Kashmir state. They made it a state of their country but no other citizen can reside or buy property. Then how is it part of that country?

After losing to China, and for Pakistan's silence during that war, they offered not even the whole Kupwara district to Pakistan in 63/64. They know Kashmir is basically Pakistan.

It is impossible that Pakistan or Kashmir can stay aloof of each other - geographically, historically, religiously and even ethnically Northern Pakistanis and Kashmiris are the same people.

India has rejected every thinkable solution to Kashmir because it knows that in any solution Kashmiri economy and its people will be irreversibly integrated into Pakistan. Hence, making LOC a permanent border will not work.

So, they have decided to massacre them and change the demographics. Pakistan has no choice but to engage in a war of attrition or a full scale or may be a limited war.

.
Kashmir needs a rapprochement.

A first step, because to most of our minds, that is the point Kashmiris lost the sympathy of other Indians, Kashmiri Muslims should voluntarily vacate and renovate Pandit homes and lead the movement to get them resettled in the Valley.

And protect them with their lives.

See how the mood of 1.4 billion Indians changes then.

The Army comes from our villages.

They don't drop from the skies.

Cheers, Doc

The people on the whole support that, I do. It's quite funny though that the Pandits want that and then a return to the status quo.

Seen this?

For Hussain, the pain didn’t numb with continued thrashing and he let out a scream. Then, “their officer walked up to me and said ‘Bol, Jai Shri Ram’, (chant Victory to Lord Ram, a rallying slogan for Hindu nationalists)” recalled Hussain. “[But] I screamed in pain then he shoved his gun in my mouth.”

All quite recent.

We know that.

At least those among us who actually know real life Pandits and not just as a buzzword.

They are probably as exclusionary as the Muslims are.

But because they are Hindu and were driven out by Muslims, they've become the totem of hate for Kashmiris.

100%.
You're spot on that it will actually work in their favour by rolling out the red carpet for Pandit return. Ironically them and the Dogras (another group kicking up a big fuss now) hold the best hope for them to return to what they had.
