Thats a stupid question. In Pakistan 95% are muslims. The question should have been who treats the poor well in Pakistan or India? Or who treats women better in either countries? Or better yet who treat minorities better?

Well for every question that you have put forward I think, India is many fold ahead of pakistan whether it be in improving condition of poor or treatment of minorities or in case of treating their woman.
India Is a thriving democracy with secular structure, so it's natural we are above pakistan.

Ahmadiyyas,sufis,shias etc are treated best and their life secure in India. sunnis have more political power in pakistan.
