how does bilateral agreement between two sovereign country is meddling in other's matter? or does pakistan considers AFG as its colony ?

Peace in Afghanistan is in direct interest of Pakistan. Destiny of the two cities of Kabul and Peshawar is linked together and there cannot be peace in Peshawar without peace in Kabul. The most important objective and target of Pakistan's foreign policy should be how to find peace in Afghanistan and how to steer the political process towards a good democracy that delivers to Afghan people. And in helping people towards power, Pakistan has to realize that this decision mostly must rest with Afghan people and we must work with democratically elected government of Afghanistan towards benefit of Pakistan and friendship between the two nations. And Pakistan must not support any transfer of power that is outside the realms of democracy.

India is financing for the Afghan Army for their equipments to fight the extremist elements inside Afghanistan.At the same point of time, India is heavily engaged in rebuilding the infrastructure of the country and multiple civilian and humanitarian projects. Its a commendable move and an example to follow for many.

Sorry its begged .We finalise that agreement with Russia.
We dont 'beg' if we have sufficient industry to supply arms to Afghanis .Afghanis can handle Russian weapons easily than Indian or Americans.Well I dont know how a nation can begging by giving hard dollars to another nation to help their own friends.
These is not about IMF bailing out or soft loans.It is about to give weapons to Afghanis by giving readycash to Russians .Afghan need weapons and we gave them weapons from Russian industry

For me 'begging' part is giving dollars to them and this 'begging' is for attacking the ones that used these same platform to attack Russians.By giving weapons to ANA Russians are fulfilling an old revenge against Afghan Taliban and their siblings and also money.
