Ok , as everyone know that there is a Conference is going on in Islamabad " Heart of Asia " and the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and India meet after and the long hold Dialog process is once again Started ..

Despite the harsh and Solid stance from both sides of the border the meeting is likely to produce some sort of Positive Results .. Indians Finally comes to realize that without Kashmir issues been Address the Talks with Pakistan is going no where ..

So What makes Indians to change their Stance ? and why they are now Agreeing to add the Kashmir issues in the Dialog Process ? what are they looking for from Pakistan ? The Afghans once again bend to Pakistan to help them with this fight against the Taliban .. the Afghan President has called for Resuming the Dialog process with Taliban which will not suit India in the first place .

what makes this conference more interesting that Representatives of US , Germany was also there .. so is it true that Indians have bow to the international Pressure to solve the Kashmir issue Diplomatically ? or at least come to the negotiating Table with all option on board ..

My take on the matter- India should ensure the following things are taken care of :
1. All the perpetrators of terrorism are brought to justice, by handing them over to India.
2. A formal apology by Pakistan for using terrorism as an instrument of state policy and assurance that such thing will not happen ever again.
3. Proper compensation has to be provided by Pakistan to all those who have been affected by terrorism.
4. All the occupied territories have to be duely returned.

Any political party in power in India that negotiates for any less will basically commit the greatest political suicide of the century and thereby wiped out from the face of the Earth.

After that, we can have peace.

Pakistan will never hand their citizens to India instead we should force them to bring the guilty under the rule of law(Pakistan's) and a punishment while the whole process should be internationally monitored.

See, I'm not joking here. Neither am I trying to act cynical, or trolling. I find my points to be very much justified.

If I'm the leader of the nation, how can I show my face to my country men if I say, I have settled everything and those who set fire to your home will go Scot free ? That is not justice.

How can I say their losses will not be compensated. Indian govt. is working for rehabilitation. But the money has to come out from perpetrators pocket.
