If Mahindra India is making trucks with same designs as that of US trucks, then Indian military can buy mine protected trucks from USA.
They are not the same design. They aren't even the same trucks. And if you want to persist with this argument, then why didn't US buy mine protected trucks from South Africa from where this 'design' originates

This is not a copy. Appropriate royalty or 'consultation fees' would be paid to the original maker. Or the design would be sufficiently modified. Plus people will acknowledge that they based their design off of the the first guy.
