Posters for such events are usually outsourced to some random low-level contractors nearby who don't know jack shiite about defence and stuff. Some guy must've randomly googled Indian missiles or something which has a high possibility to throw in a pak missile in the lot

For instance, I google Pak ballistic missiles here in the US and this is what showed up

The ignorant guy must've selected the picture based on resolution with little knowledge on who's missile it actually is
