India sends 30 life support ambulances to Bangladesh

India has sent 30 life support ambulances to Bangladesh as part of its commitment to stand by the country's fight against Covid-19.

A consignment of the ambulances has already reached India's Petropol land port and will sail for Dhaka after the clearance at Benapole custom check post.

Bangladesh received the ambulances under an announcement Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made during his 26 to 27 March visit to Dhaka on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Bangladesh's independence.

At that time, Modi said India would provide 109 life support ambulances as a joint effort in Bangladesh's fight against the Covid-19.
The remaining ambulances will arrive in late September, according to the Indian High Commission in Dhaka.

The shipment reflects India's continuous and long-term commitment to cooperate with Bangladesh, the commission added.

A friend in need is friend indeed. India should help all friendly sub continent nations. We have a great fridndship with Bangladesh. We need to help them in ctitical time.

It is a shame that as a nation of 170 Million people, we do not know how to make and outfit ambulances.

Even bigger shame is that we have to accept Indian ambulances as gift, when we should gift them ambulances ourselves (being who they are), we have been using better ambulances for over fifty years now.

The sooner we return the favor, the better it is.

BD used to import bicycle parts from India almost one to two decade ago. Your post has a hate towards India rather than self respect. India had given Railway engines to BD years ago which BD uses even today. Subsequently, BD decided to import them from Korea. They made advance payment and purchased it. When they put it them on Rail, they found that they not fit to be operated on BD track.
Though you may not like the shape but it will give you uninterrupted services for years unlike Chinese mall. Be the first world nation and stop excepting aid from India, but till you except it, shut your mouth.

No one is asking for ambulances.

Kindly Refund the cash for the vaccines . stop scamming your neighbours.

that would be sufficient.

Take back the ambulance.

If your government asks, definately it will be refunded. We don't scam any country. It is scammed by many other countries.

Agree those indian ambulances looks like old renovated mini transport buses lol.
Do not depend on pajeet from the start. Pajeet will send his low shit quality stuff to you for free and expect something bigger in return from you later. Pajeet is a selfish animal who only live, work and breath for his own benefits.
BD govt is to blame. Indians are taking advantages of hasina's circus govt. It wont change anytime soon.
