India rejects Pakistan's call for plebiscite in Indian Kashmir

Kashmir is the part of this union of India weather they like it or not. But we should solve this matter democratically by holding a plebiscite in entire India not just Kashmir so that all Indians can take part in this decision after all we'll have to live with the consequences afterall today its Kashmir tomorrow it will be some other state.

If at all Pakistan is serious about Kashmiris and they are really serious about conducting a plebiscite then it should be conducted in all of Kashmir, which includes a part that is administered by China. And it should be conducted after Kashmiri pandits are relocated to the valley. Is Pakiatan ready for it?

After Sartaz Nawaz and the entire Pakistani gang wailed and beat their chest about not being allowed to talk about Kashmir in the NSA task and using that as the excuse to weasel out if planned NSA talks (in spite of Ufa), now the Basit guy (Pak counsul) blabbers they 'never wanted to discuss Kashmir in the NSA talks'). What a bunch of jokers!

This absolutely confirms that Pakistan was scared of being cornered about the Dawood Ibrahim evidence and used whatever excuse they could come up with to run out of the talks!

There is a further factors and that is a over populated india with increasing hindutva authoritarianism tendencies so a future india may have much increased conflict between populations

The indian muslims themselves may have to fight for partition and their rights

Brother, I would try to differ somewhat here on few points.

Our PM is elected by wide public elections. And he has not been found guilty by tje judiciary legally.

Also violence towards any people is crime irrespective to their social and communal background. Many great leaders from all communities have always been given great respect for their valuable contributions since past history to present. Recently the great former president of India who was given highest honour for his immense service to science and society will be a role model for generations for all human society.
India is primarily agricultural and chiefly dairy based, since long times in its culture, so probably that is the reason why some species are protected from killing. Here they are generally considered as friend by nature to farmers and society. And in general, traditions of all communites are respected, cherished and protected positively by mostly all the people of society. There is social freedom for everybody, alongwith rights and some duties. Some people may have differences in opinion, which is inevitable in such a huge country. But all are strongly united by good spirit of universal brotherhood and peace.
Historical monuments including the wonderful muslim architecture are given due respect and preserved and have a prominent place in the art and culture of Indian history. Yes, but i have heard sometimes as pointed out by you, few less knowledgeable persons do frame some baseless stories about few historical places, which are indeed wrong and it is a mistaken thinking. Sometimes few persons are not doing their work responsibly. But thats a small part of society. Anyways, there will be some small issues everywhere which have to be worked upon and solved progressively, trying to put best collective efforts.
The discrimination of persons or groups based on the race, complexion, caste, community, class, gender, etc is to be broadly abolished for humanitarian equality. Bright people with bright minds, bright thoughts, bright ideas always lead bright lives. Open mindedness will bring greater development and well being.
I... very ordinary individual however...have an idea, I believe strongly that our generation can connect with much ease and is really capable of erasing unnecessary burden of past woes from our minds with good and greater understanding for each other in a friendly manner, hopefully.

Mirpuris are not ethnic Kashmiris at all. They are ethnic Pothwaris and speak the Pothwari language. They simply PRETEND to be Kashmiris. This area was given to Raja Gulab Singh of Jammu and Kashmir by East India Company in 1846 as a reward for for his treachery to the Sikh Kingdom where he was a minister. Typically like most people living in Pakistan, the Mirpuris live in a dreamland, imagining themselves as what they really are not, like most Pakistanis imagining themselves as Arabs

Azad kashmir is simply not the part of problem.Genocide and rape is going on on your side so the referendum only need to be conducted in IOK.
