Was going through a few sites related with LHC as i have to submit a report on it. That's when I came to know about this -

India supply's superconducting sextupole and decapole spool pieces amounting to half of the total Large Hadron Collider requirement for such corrector magnet equipment. In addition, India will supply LHC magnet support jacks and quench heater power supplies. Circuit breakers are being supplied by Russia, but India remains responsible for the necessary electronics.
The main superconducting magnets make up about 22 km of the 27 km circumference of the LHC accelerator. Other magnets in the LHC were also provided by institutes outside Europe, from Canada, Japan, India, Russia, and the United States.
