No Chinese troops in Azad Kashmir, says Beijing

China has denied any of its armed personnel were posted in Pakistani Kashmir, stating that these were "just stories".

A senior leader in charge of bilateral relations with India and Pakistan said that with modern technology and satellites no troops could remain undetected anywhere.

"Even 5,000 ants cannot hide from being seeing," Deputy Diretor-General of Department of Asian Affairs at the foreign minister, Huang Xilian said. Xilian recently returned from Kathmandu after attending the conference on reconstruction with China's foreign minister. India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj was also there.

The DDG, who was meeting visiting Indian journalists and those based in Beijing, said that any mention of armed forces in the region (Pakistani Kashmir) "was groundless". India had "very good spy satellites", so where could the troops hide, he asked. "Show us the evidence," he added.

how good is very good?? less than 1 meter reso?

.
Indians are celebrating a challenging comment as appreciative comment. None of their fault when they are appreciation deficient.

. . . . .
Every thing that is done in p0k will be on Indian satellite radars.

.
Cartosat-3: The satellite has an imaging payload with a ground resolution of 0.25 m with 16 km swath in panchromatic mode, a resolition of 1 m with 16 km swath in multispectral mode and a resolution of 12 m with 5 km in hyperspectral mode.

PS: It is not launched yet I guess.

Cartosat-2: Resolution less than a meter. Launched on 2007

Why the doctored title ??

@ Subject, its just playing with words.

Chinese troops would not be lodged in a separate camp with a Chinese flag !

They would mingle with local troops in every possible manner.

Indian spies everywhere and why just mentions spy satellite?
Just because photos could show people which ones are Chinese easy to figure but can not tell out the backgrouds which are all the same at that place across the border?

Any Person with sound mind will know what Chinese want to say.

No need to try to score brownie points.

And yes, Nixon impresses me more and more.
