Despite numerous brigadier and Lt.General level talks, the chinese never stick to those agreements. Most recent talks of Rajnath Singh and Wei Fenghe's talks didn't simmer down the situation either. Unless china backs off, there's no way we're vacating those heights

You can keep those heights all you want ... they fall on the Indian side of the LAC (the one the Chinese defined after Galwan) anyway.

Yeah Wei Fenghe requested the meeting only to troll the Indians by placing all the blame on their side. Its kind of like someone requesting a meeting with an enemy just to knock the s**t out of them, whether it be verbally or physically .

My thoughts as well. Though this time china has an entire army in the area acclimatized in the Tibetan plateau just waiting for the order to go and kick some heads in. Let's hope India is stupid enough to break this agreement.
