India calls off Sushma Swaraj’s meeting with Pakistan’s foreign minister in New York

.
The only way forward is focus of poorest of poor in both countries and ignore each other for next 100 years and then start discussion about the pending issues ...if we can live with the issues for 70 years we can also live for next 100 years too .... as of now these talks are nothing more then the waste of money
Then first u should stop maligning pakistan and its army in the country and outside the country by useless allegations

. . . . . .
This is absolutely fantastic....

Now let's find other ways to solve the issues

If we look enough we will find a way...

. .
Pressure is from both China and American to improve ties with India.
Chinese are obviously concerned about CPEC. American on other want to see dominant role of India in South Asia to contain China.
then make both stop India from being any kind of threat to CPEC.....It is not Pakistan's fault.

.
Hell! Why we invite them and earn a disrespect every time.

. .
Your govt cant decide anything with respect to India ...its your Army who decides your policy related to India
Crock of shite. The way you guys get on is as if GHQ decides everything. It can't. If it could Gen Ayub would have ruled till he died. Musharaf would still be in power. While like any defence establishment , Indian or US, it has influence but it is not exclusive or monoploy like you suggest.

The fact is vast majority of Pakistan share views with the army. If not why not ask the Paks here about peace with India. Try it. I bet you will get exactly what the army thinks. Views about India are pretty well shared by all mainstream parties and extends to even religious groups.

And if PM IK was the armies man tell me why has he been in the wilderness for 22 years. Compare that to the rise of Modi who was a nobody compared to IK.

Under Modi's government one should forget about any peace.

Reacting to the Indian government decision of calling off the meeting, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says India has wasted an opportunity of peace by refusing a meeting between foreign ministers of Pakistan and India on the sidelines of UN General Assembly in New York.

He said Pakistan wants peace but unfortunately India did not give positive response.

He said it is need of the hour that both sides sit together and hold talks for peace and stability in the region. He said apparently Indian government is facing pressure internally due to future elections.

The Foreign Minister said Pakistan sincerely wants resolution of all outstanding issues, including Kashmir, with India through negotiations on the dialogue table.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said dialogue is the only way forward to resolve all issues confronting the region.

He said Pakistan has always extended an olive branch to India for the resolution of problems and enhancing bilateral ties in an amicable manner, but the latter does not come out of its internal politics.

The Minister said it is the leadership, which has the mettle to solve problems on the negotiating table, but it seems India lacks this.

He said Pakistan is ready for talks, but India is reluctant in this regard.

The Minister said we can only wish India to come to the negotiating table, but we can neither pressurize anybody nor will accept the same for this purpose.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the world wants connectivity and promote regional trade, but India is creating problems in this way.

He said India's stubbornness is also adversely affecting future of the SAARC countries.
