Wonderful news!! We should encourage more friendly relations with friendly neighbours in order to not let these countries slide into terrorism or self destruction. Development is the only solution to defeat terrorism.

. .
Indo-Burma deals are promoted by India with an eye on Arakan which it cannot loose to any Muslim or India-unfriendly entity. Let's consider this from Op Leech onwards.

Seen from an Indian stand point, dont you think its a good thing to happen ?

OR sliding into China's orbit?

OR sliding into China's orbit?
how can you stop someone to sliding into china orbit when they already there? (you need googling my friend)

Also in world politics no relations are permanent but only interest are.

. .
There is a clear unholy nexus between India and Burma over Arakan. SHW has subjugated BD to India through various overt and covert deals making BD a party to the Indo-Burmese mischief.

.
Training Burmese ppl in software is welcome move by the Indisn govt which was often which was often blamed for woefully lacking in ideas on how it can effectively wield its soft power.
Myanmar has lots to offer, from natural gas to access to South East Asia eg India-Myanmar-Thailand highway and Kaladan Multi-Modal Transport Project etc, most of these projects will be completed by 2016.
