lol , man you have been on ground....
Yes but for the other of my flags hence the reference to goodies like GPS
shells,
that do exist BTW. France sold it
* to the USMC under EFSS designation
( M-327 with a tiny jeep to log it around ) for use in Ospreys and CH-47 & bigger.
They are awaiting their GPS shells soon.
and if mortor shell dropped 10 meter away ? then?
As I said in my post, with those huge
bullets, if you drop 6 to 8, you're certain
that you hit the whole zone. It takes all of 5 minutes and you're out of there.
You must also understand that a mortar shell falls nearly vertically and multiple
ones unless a hurricane is on going will cover a tight enough perimeter for their
4+kg charges to make a lot of damage in it. That charge is so heavy that it sends
shrapnel that can pierce armour with its high velocity in a 5 to 10m radius circle.
Do the math, 8 such circles 10 m max from a jungle camp ... plus the force of the
explosions themselves, of course.
Unless your "terrorists" use bunkers, their huts will fold as if the wolf had huffed and puffed.
Now, I'm getting the idea that my original post was not as self-explanatory as I had
thought so instead, next time India does elusive surgical strikes, just use the meme :
It won't be as mil related but it should be simple enough for all to follow.
Have a great day, Tay.
