Imran Khan Indicted for Contempt of Court - Trial to start September 22nd

IK is not above the law. He has to be careful in his speeches during jalsas. He needs to tone down the rhetoric. Having said that he now has to tender apology on 22nd September which the court may or not accept.
Orchestrated actions.
It is a not such a big act, but judges can exercise power in any way even wrong like ZAB death sentence.
Gill was sent on judicial remand and then IHC judge accepted govt challenging it sent the case again to a different session judge who sent him on police remand.
It was all orchestrated by bajwa.
If guilty of contemt His remedy will be to go to SC where he may get reprieve .
جب تک خوب رگڑا

.
In the end it is better.. IK must be cornered.. It is not the first judicial 'murder' anyway.

Defense is never a good strategy for winning especially when you are backed by commoners.

Defensive strategy is used when you have low resources/manpower, so you take shielded position and wait for opponent to make mistake.

IK is a pacifist but I think he's exhausting all possible legal options before going taking next big step.

But it's not a good strategy to challenge the court's " ego " . When too many powerful animies nearby..

I have written Athar Min Allah is a PMLN dog, I knew he is playing in the end he is gonna go against IK. It was written on the wall. They were throwing mud, so something should stick.
Those who were talking about Bench Fixing from CJ SCP, were they praising the Judiciary!!
Pakistan is scr**d.
Long Live Banana Republic of Pakistan.
Long Live General Bajwa , the COAS, The Judiciary, The Finance Minister, The Foreign Minister. But hey, you cannot critcise him, even though he breaks his oath on daily basis.
Enjoy the punch and judy show.
The fact that he issued an order asking the PTI government to 'guarantee the health of Nawaz Sharif' it self shows what kind of individual he is.

. .
That just continues to show that Pakistan is and has been a Banana Republic for decades.

The fact that the imbeciles in Khaki running businesses under the guise of an Army are resorting to the kinds of tactics seen in Pakistan is just shameful.

A flag, boundaries and a name don't make a Nation-State.

A true Nation-State is one that serves its people and one where the constitution is a contract with, and commitment to, the Citizens of said Nation-State, and all government institutions strive to adhere by that contract and serve the Citizenry. That contract clearly lays out that the Army (and other military branches) are subservient to the elected government and clearly restricts their role.

The uniformed bastards at the head of the Army have been violating that contract and selling out the Citizens of Pakistan since the days of Ayub Khan.

The country is heading to a point of no return in terms of basically being run on the whim of the military elite heading the Army, and if this is allowed to continue, every soldier, officer or otherwise, will be responsible for the actions of the Army leadership that they chose to not oppose.

Carry out mass resignations if you must, but if you truly believe in the oath you took to protect and serve Pakistan, then your continued silence and acquiescence to the unconstitutional and treasonous actions of the Army leadership make you just as guilty as Ayub Khan, Yahya Khan, Zia-ul-Haq, Musharraf and Bajwa and every General in between who supported or actively assisted the violation of the constitution and therefore committed treason.
Justice Minallah said all generals are patriot.

Yeah, I'll repeat this again.

General (self appointed Field Marshal) Borat ... I mean Ayub Khan was a dictator, violated the constitution and therefore a traitor.

General Yahya Khan was a dictator, violated the constitution and therefore a traitor.

General Zia-ul-Haq was a dictator, violated the constitution and therefore a traitor.

General Musharraf was a dictator, violated the constitution and therefore a traitor.

General Bajwa conspired to overthrow an elected PTI government, violated the constitution and is therefore a traitor.

And every officer that supported any of the above or any other 'covert or overt' political interventions and manipulation is a traitor.

. .
PTI people just want to drag wardi into everything.
When Wardi is worn by Kanjar's, and they violate the constitution and overthrow governments to protect their own power and influence, then Wardi wallay will be dragged into everything, denigrated, insulted and called out for what they are.
