Imran Khan declares his assets and tax payments

I am also surprised with which faces these PTI polticians present themselves the "mama" of poor people in pakistan. None of them has ever lived in poverty at any stage in their life including their poster boy imran khan. Both Gullu qadri and Gullu khan are all doing politics under indirect signals from establishment to put pressure on PMLN government due to Nawaz Sharif's stubbornness which military perceives irritating and perhaps legitimately so.

That's the problem, isn't it? no party is truly grass roots.

I guess in PTI's favour, if someone does start from grass roots, theoretically they will be able to move up, due to their democratic structure, let's see if it happens in practice.

Sorry i do not have any other source, but its also a habit of PTI people when and whoever says anything against them, its distorting news/facts ...

I am not a supporter or any political party in Pakistan but my eyes are not closed as well, where i see only good in IK .....

For me , he is the same as NS or SS ...

You can have any opinion about IK, its your right and I respect that. I myself have a lot of differences with IK on many policies, have criticized IK badly at this very forum on several issues. So considering someone as blind supporter just because he asked a genuine questions is utter nonsense.

The fact of the matter is, Geo/Jang/News are all out against IK since they've got banned, entire world knows it. They have published a lot of crap against IK recently. If around 20 newspapers post the news related to IK in same way, and only Geo/Jang/News post it otherwise then you can easily say what's going on with these anti IK media houses.

If you have any other source, or get hold of any, please let us know. Till then, case closed.

Thanks for your message, its not about considering someone blind supporter but its the general case what we get from IK die hard fans ...

Nothing personal, as i was not aware of the fact that difference newspapers taking sides with political parties these days... as high as it could go...There were always favors to parties by newspapers but what you saying is too much, and will make the newspaper loose its edge and any good will they have in public over the time.

Just for a hint, watch Kamran Khan program at Geo (anti PTI), he daily kills imran khan in his program. And then watch Mubashar Luqman program at ARY(anti PMLN), he daily kills Sharif brothers. Sadly this is what our media houses are turned into.

I am PTI supporter, not a die hard fan of IK. Anyways, nothing personal. Peace brother.

I don't know about Pakistan law, but under UK tax law, it's legal to something like this, basically a married couple have joint assets, so internal transactions don't matter.

(It's perfectly legal to divvy up assets so that each partner has to pay minimal tax)

So we should let them go based on the assumption that their assets might be shared? People like Shah Mehmood Qureshi won't have 2 times, but 10-20 times the amount of wealth and assets that he declared. So even shared assets theory of yours doesn't make any sense.

Aitzaz Ahsan pays 16 crore tax while enjoying the same living standard as IK. I knew before the elections that he was a fraud, and the biggest tax evader himself, yet his supporters had made him into some sort of messiah. He's a hypocrite along with his supporters. For his supporters, everyone else is corrupt, but whenever veterans from other parties join PTI, their past sins get automatically forgiven.

They were married then, there is no assumption it is automatically assumed couples share assets.

Again, I was just giving an example of UK law to explain the idea, I'm not sure what Pakistani law is, but I think it might be similar.
