Given his apparent state and reputation of Pakistani law enforcements and agencies, I am afraid the allegations are passing the ‘stink’ test. Now in court of law, this will be extremely difficult if not impossible - otherwise we all know what goes around in some madrassahs as well but hardly any cases go to courts, let alone a conviction.
