Implication of Lawlessness in Courts of Pakistan and Long Term Impact

Constitutional cases are fast tracked in every country.

PTI FM, PTI PM, PTI Dy Speaker declaring opposition is involved in conspiracy without any proper investigation to stop the voting on no confidention motion in which they were clearly in losing position. Apni harkatien nahi dekhi PTI ny.

Courts were opened in middle of night because PTI was in no mood to conduct vote on no vote confidence. They wasted whole day with speeches. In the end when danda came speakers ran away. lol Why they ran away? Afraid to get arrested?

To summarize the judiciary in Pakistan in one sentence..

'Bitches of the riches and thugs' .

Just a brothel house.

Pakistan institutions and bereaucracy ended the day the Dynastic mafias were propped up.

It's valid criticism as I said before. There was a thread when this news came out, you'll find my comments criticising them there.
I'm focussing here on people venting their annoyance at SC decisions re PTI by tangentially saying that judiciary is wrong on xyz.
Speak your mind and address the subject you mean to address.
PTI is hammered and booted out of power by engineers. This process needs to stop. Yesterday it was PPP and PMLN. Today PTI. Tomorrow some other party in power.

Says the one where courts engineered the doctrine of necessity to justify military coups thrice

People should get it by now.

The state is controlled indirectly by America via local actors.

America is a guarantor of these Dynastic puppies. The arrangement was made in the first NRO. Its just Biden telling the local Mir Jaffars to get back to the agreement which Pakistan fought a way out from.

We had a nice little pseudo break when Trump came into power. IK came into power. This was a do and die for US influence, had IK survived longer their lobby in the establishment would have been cleaned.

As soon as Biden, US embassy made it clear that IK will be removed.

Do you have a copy of that retweet?

Can parliament open late at night to order judiciary something? Judiciary can order anybody around the country but nobody can order judiciary except the boot mafia. Is this fair in a democracy where there is a clear separation of powers?

Parliament can open at night. Who is stopping them? Parliament is for making legislation not giving orders. PTI speakers were free to pass laws at night if they wished.

Courts can give order and the whole state machinery will come in action to make sure order is implemented. If someone in parliament give order it will have no legal value and no state machinery will come in action.

Your comparison doesn't make any sense.

Nope. Court is not the executive branch. It can overrule orders from the executive or laws from parliament if they are unconstitutional but it cannot give orders of its own. Source of lawlessness in Pakistan is this hammer and boot mafia working together to destroy the democratic setup of Pakistan

why was the letter which is the main subject of pti gov, not even looked upon in the SC when they decided on ruiling of speaker? and also can court interfere in parliamentary proceedings?

Dy Speaker ruling was unconstitutional and he was discriminating. Actually he was violating his oath, he was taking side of his party without any completion of investigation. It was his constitutional duty to complete the voting within required days. Why PTI didn't start investigation on the letter and wasted whole month? Why they didnt go to court and got any stay order on the voting based on this letter? PTI was busy in making offers to MQM.

Why PTI kept open parliament opened till mid night? When courts open at midnight, why is this a problem for them? They kept open parliament till mid night but they have problem courts opening at mid night? Did this happen before in the history of Pakistan that parliament was open till midnight?

Why court removed previous PMs since they have protection and not answerable to any court. Why PTI didn't raise this issue that time when NS was disqualified? But instead there were celebrations.
