Well they are not telling you the truth. The only diff b/w SD-10 and SD-10 A is the guidance update and stronger counter measures. SD-10 A stands at 70 KM.

Well to be quiet honest this > sign is for marketing purposes. Chinese stat-board in one of the defense exhibitions listed maximum launch distance of 70 KM. Meaning effective range of SD-10 A would be in 50-60 KM
