They were in 2008 before elections and I think MNAs and MPAs have to submit them yearly too. But IK was not happy with them hence the hype at 30 Oct Jalsa and the Civil disobedience call!!!!

The case is subjudice, it does not make sense to take it to the streets. However no one has backed out of the commitment either. Once the issue of disqualification is resolved by the courts then such an action may be taken.
