Pakistan sure can , West is out of the equation for most strategies due to their catastrophic failure in Afghanistan and their hostile behaviour towards Pakistan and Pakistanis. They abandoned Pakistan when it was most vulnerable and left Pakistan bankrupt. They keep providing Pakistan the opium of loans and debt which Pakistan needs to break free from. The West's investments in India and the full cooperation with India made plain their hostility towards Pakistan.

Its obvious Pakistan's COAS changed the PM's position on Russia. Putin will not like what the COAS said.

Bro you have to also consider expatriates and internal migration to other provinces. KPians are one with highest migration rate among all provinces in Pakistan. You should see hold of Pashtoon's growing in different cities across Pakistan like Multan, Lahore, Isb, Pindi etc...
