Do youa gree with his medical opinion or not
”Absolutely Not” was the reason I believe that led to his unceremonious ouster. Of course the Supreme
Court also played their role. It is a stain that will remain for generations to come.

Totally agree.

BTW, he also says in the same video that Buzdar was a HUGE blunder --- but IK's ouster is a bigger, unrelated game. In fact, many would argue that IK's ouster would have been even more urgent had his government done a much better job. Too many vested interests would be threatened.

It is because Imran's foot in the mouth disease. YOU can only cover up his mistakes diplomatically some far.

YOU can't call other leaders Nazis, wade into other countries problems(France), making it difficult for them, while being hypocritical about Uighur muslims. You shouldn't cry about not getting a phone call. Then the last straw was to wade into US-Russia relation.

IMRAN is either stupid or clueless about his own stature in his own country or around the world. HE is just not intelligent enough (seems like half of PDF isn't too).

YOU can't go against a country that is 100 times your economy, which has entrenched interests and expect them to be silent.

IMRAN'S exit is a positive for Pakistan and its economy.

It's not about going "against" --- it's just about trying to find a balance between slavery and independence. IK never said he wants to sever ties with the US or confront it or anything like that. This is a huge misconception.

IK isn't known for his shrewd statecraft, that's for sure --- various blunders were made. But even if he did most of these things right, the real issue was that he wasn't a Western puppet and that he was threatening too many vested interests with his accountability drives, etc. Plus, if he actually delivered and became insanely powerful, the establishment's monopoly would effectively end. Too many incentives to get rid of him, internally and externally.

A bad system always beats a good man.

I read this post on my phone. In mobile view it doesn't show your flags unless I hold my phone landscape. I didn't need to see them to know this was an Indian post.

You guys don't get it. Imran Khan is a true Pakistani, whereas you sound like Shehbaz Sharif.

Rejecting summit for democracy: Strike 1
Going to Winter Olympics: Strike 2
Visiting Russia: Strike 3

Not the sole reason, but definitely a contributing factor.
Not at all
Buzdar was a blue eyed boy for Tareen till his cases caused a rift

I am his supporter but I agree on this one, he should invested the money in a proper way like investing in chip/batteries factories a local electric car factory and a local mobile brand factory 5 billion is enough, these investments alone will make us compete with south Korea japan and USA if we produced cars mobiles chips appliances and etc Pakistan needs people with vision, IK’s vision wasn’t enough but at least he Isn’t a corrupt like the rest he tried his best.

He called OSAMA a martyr, he described the US exit as liberation of Afghanistan. I mean are we playing stupid to not see the damage these statements cause. We can't even be sure how many more stupid statements he might have made in the private conversations. Does he expect US to be sympathetic to his outbursts? JUST like Modi, world has started ignoring Imran and in turn Pakistan.

He may be a good man but a wrong man for Pakistan. His elitist mindset doesn't suit the reality of Pakistan. AFTERALL, it is a poor, third world, corrupt to the core country. You can't go threaten a first world country (France) for something happening in their country. That made entire EU antagonistic to Pakistan. Half of Pakistan thinks that is some machismo but in reality it is stupidity.

When working for your interests, one has to take into consideration, the opposing party's interest as well and their capacity to act for their interests.

IMRAN could only rile up dumb people as if he is some strong man defending country's interest but the reality he is a liability to the country. YOUR army realized that hence saw to his exit.

Let say he was able to complete his reform package and make pakistan even a medium income country it would have been a disaster

Imagine a populist leader of world 4th biggest country with decent economy

You looking at a super power

My concern now is how china will takw this

We already how russia will take it and frankly noone cares since its a dying power but was china told by the establishment about this ir were they raken by surprise..

Remeber the chian today is different then chian of 2010-15
Since COVID its no longer a unipolar world china has ooenly starting to defy USA which it didnt use to do just few years ago

Hopefully establishment told china & saudis before hand about this and gave assurance that its nothing against them

Because if china saudis and roshan digital accounts are drawn wuthin weeks pakistan will default for second time in 23 years(1998 was first when nawaz sharif defaulted on loans by confiscating accounts)

China actually likes Shehbaz Sharif --- and, like any realist power, China (like the US) also doesn't want a super strong and capable Pakistan that doesn't need loans!

Obviously, China is a much closer partner and our strategic interests align way more closely (relative to the US), but I think we're getting at the same point: people want slavery from Pakistan, not independence.

I disagree.

The US is lining up powerful allies in Europe, Japan, Australia and South Korea.

China wants strong allies on its side also. China wants a Pakistan that is not a beggar basket case that needs crutches to even stand, and is constantly hostage to Western-controlled institutions like the IMF and WB. China would LOVE it if Pakistan had a strong economy and a military technological base that could produce world class technology and weapons indigenously.

Imran Khan was taking Pakistan towards that independence. China loved it, the US would never tolerate it. We see the results.

You nailed it 👌 nor China nor uncle sam wants Pakistan powerful+ richer than them, we should unite as a nation against the corrupts Pakistanis should know that no one will built their country other than their own people.

But the Supreme Corrupt of Pakistan played well in this whole fiasco ....

We’re already a strong economy most of our GDP is informal our economy growth is actually 56% per year our GDP should be over trillion dollar and we are a nuclear power we can make the most developed weapons but you’re demanding all this and ignoring that corrupted politicians and SC and generals who won’t allow any of this
