The average Chinese works in the factory making all kinds of gadgets using all kinds of high-end German machineries, while the average Indian works on the field, although India with more arable land but still producing less than China and millions of those poor farmers have to endure hunger on a daily basis.

no no no, you are comparing the best h1b1 indians( mostly come within the last 2 decades)to the average of the entire chinese community (including h1b1 students/workers AND much more 4th or even 5th gen average Chinese) in America only.

In Netherlands for instance, >54% of the ethnic chinese (with >100 yrs history in Holland) go to higher education, compared to about 30% of the local Dutch, while 99% of indians in holland (come within the last 10 years or so)are takeaway vendors, waiters, cooks, and security doormen.

You do realize that most H1B1 visa holders are graduates right so that figure of ~70% pop with a degree would be closer to 90% instead ! Do yourself a favor & stop acting like a t!ck

Have you seen those machines? The same machines are used here in Germany and we need highly educated and skilled people to operate them.

Anyway, you still haven't addressed my argument. Why do highly educated Indians produce less on their fields than the Chinese even with more arable land?
