There had been multiple reports on indian overreach to send its forces inside Bangladesh even before Bangladesh asked for anything. That tells the clear and wide indian motivation. Now there are report Awami League regime is allowing such indian occupation force inside Bangladesh. Same way indian occupation forces were invited inside Sikkim and Kashmir before both places lost independence and sovereignty. Overtime, indian occupation on Sikkim and Kashmir turned these places into indian state. Indian forces are there to protect BD? What nonsense!! They are there to analyse and study the behavior and tactic of recent ISIS attacks as It can happen in India too. I remember after 26/11, many foreign teams came to India to analyse things including CIA, Mossad, Scotland Yard etc.

This is part of the NSG's weekly terror analysis wherein they examine every single terrorist incident that has happened that week and the NSG sends teams where 1) they feel there is an element (or many) worth exploring that they can be better prepared for 2)they feel that they would be better able to secure information themselves (instead of relying on local units) and 3)where there are established agreements with the relevent nations.


As such, after the Kenyan Mall attacks the NSG had sent a team to examine the tactics used by the terrorists. They will not need to send a team to every single incident site, only those that it feels more information can be gleaned by their team and/or there is something of particualr interest to them

Clearly it would be absurd to suggest sending teams to warzones such as Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan* and they can probably trust the French, Belgian and Turkish authorities with the information they woud provide the NSG.

*NSG teams have been to Afghanistan to conduct such analysis when Indian missions have been hit. There is a reason the Indian missions are now amongst the most secure in Afghanistan and despite being hit mulltiple times since 2010 have been safe.

I did not say that, the call is the NSG's, I cannot comment on why they have felt the need to send a team to BD.

I've provided you with the criteria that the NSG use above and it is quite understandable from that context why some incidents require NSG teams to be sent and other do not.
