. . .
Flying a SU 30 is an achievement itself considering it own every other puny jet South Asia has and i already stated that i never intended to mock that Cowboy.
Not according to some Typhoon pilots, in any case, do tell us about SU-30s achievements, how many combat kills it has under it's belt since you claim it owns every other PUNY jet.

.
I disagree with 4 of them.

1) Vikramaditya. : There is no point is sending aircraft career as both country has common border. Plane can take off from any airstrip and move into Pakistan territory. No need of Vikramaditya.

2) Chakra. Again No use, We do have no first use doctrine.
3) Apache: Limited role himalaya. Good for anti tank warfare. However numbers are low.
4) MKI: This shall be a real threat to Pakistan. Pakistan has no plane which can counter MKI.
5) Nuclear weapon: We have n first use doctrine.

The real threat to Pakistan shall be
1) Brahmos anti ship version.
2) MKI
3) Bhishma and Arjun 2
4) Loads of antitank missiles such as Spike and kornet.

U are old member, How can you post such mis-informative ?? I never expect it from u..

1. Vikadi: Yes the CBG led with Vikadi can be used for Naval blockade.. Vikadi can do it by standing 100s of Km away from Karachi.
2. INS Chakra: Its not SSBN, rather it is SSN. U are confused.
3. Apache: May not be used in Himalyas, bnecause the (fully loaded) Service Ceiling is lower. It can be used as CAS in Rajsthan. LCH has better service ceiling,
4. Agree
5. Agree

Rest all I agree with you...

Air Forces Monthly - January 2007
The MoD said it would not be putting Typhoons up against the Indian Airforce Su-30s as a one on one fight. However, it did happen and there is HUD video to prove it. Apparently two inexperienced Typhoon pilots returned with big grins on their faces, the Su-30s were toasted, all the Su-30's air display antics amounted to nothing, the Typhoons proved too nimble and too powerful for the Russian aircraft. The Typhoons were also not clean configured.

Its like some Somali challenge an American with their respective nation's jet achievement Mig 21 of Somalia and F 22 of US.

Obviously Somali will win as Mig 21 achieved more than F22

On the contrary, even US doesn't go around boasting that F-22 can own every Puny fighter out there, neither does PAF, whose pilots have repeatedly beaten the Typhoon which in turn has thrashed SU-30 MKIs.

Please back up your claim with a reliable source , btw

The following screenshot comes from a video recorded by the HUD (Head Up Display) of a Eurofighter Typhoon and it is the first (and only) Typhoon HUD capture ever made public.

It shows an F-16 in the wrong place at the wrong time: in front of a high maneuvering plane capable to point its nose when it wants to.

During a dissimilar air combat training (DACT), the “Viper”, in clean configuration and maneuvering under high G-forces, is killed by a Typhoon with a gun shot scored while flying at 8,200 feet, less than 5 degrees AOA (Angle of Attack), Mach 0.46, pulling 1.8G.

According to the source who sent it to me, the rest of the video shows that the Typhoon, after downing the F-16, continues maneuvering vertically, accelerating a bit to climb and descend again for a second shot on the same target.

The video answers to the some articles published in 2011 about claims that Pakistan Air Force’s pilots scored Typhoon kills during DACT taking place in Turkey, during Ex. Anatolian Eagle. According to such reports , Pakistani pilots on exchange with the Turkish Air Force, and flying TuAF F-16s, scored kills against RAF Typhoons in WVR (Within Visual Range) gun contests (even if no evidence was provided to support claims fueling the theory that the of fighter pilot tall story).

Since I don’t think I need to explain once again why DACT WVR is important and why any simulated kill should be taken with grain of salt, let me just add (paraphrasing someone else’s words:

The Aviationist » Exclusive: F-16 gets killed by Typhoon during air combat training in first Eurofighter HUD capture ever.
