These are not statements but naked reality for both India and Pakistan.

State of Pakistan has already termed Kashmir a nuclear flashpoint.

Indian Government has questioned her policy of no first use as well leading up to Fall 2020.

People who have no stakes in the country take these statements as banter or over the top. They are irrelevant anyhow in this game
