I would like a change in demography in GB and Muzzaffarabad (Sikhs and Hindus in like in the old times). Then we can have the elections there for an entry into the Indian Union. We can be friendly nations henceforth. The borders will be open for anyone to migrate to either of the nations.

Culturally it is different. But enforcing that is difficult. The legal definition is good enough.
