The reason why he is stopped is because he was marrying an Eunuch. This is funny actually

i think if both peoples are insisting they are not marrying why did police interfere in their personal affairs?

can somebody tell me what the constitution of Pakistan says about marrying an Eunuch? and if possible what religion says about this matter? i have no idea
