I don't like the Odds of Plebiscite in Kashmir being in Pak favour. (Opinion).

Funny, Ive been saying this for a long time. Its always been about the water; the Pakistani establishment is not as insane as is thought in India. They know what they are fighting for and it is worth all the mess since it is the keystone of life.

Indus water treaty is there. How many times that has been violated by India ?
We also have Shimla agreement. Does Pakistan want to abide by it ?

If Pakistan cannot act responsibly and does not abide by bilateral agreements, then I don't think it is necessary for India to do the same in future.

There could be only two ways plebiscite could go .Independent kashmir or Kashmir joining Pakistan. No one in Azad Kashmir wants to join India. but many in IOK wants to join Azad Kashmir.

If only two options are given if the Kashmirs want to join India or Pak. Easily Pakistani can won
If there is option of joining India Pakistan or independence . votes could divided , but still if the decision against us it would be independent Kashmir
