It’s all correct. We are poor. But it is work in progress. Our economy is on a path of growth. Numbers of those under poverty is reducing. That is more important.

If BD economy is doing great then that is good for you all. You still seem to be angry. Be happy.

There is no requirement for anyone to celebrate or belittle anyone, since difference is minimal.
I am not angry or happy. Just nonchalant.

It’s the Indian posters here often paint a picture as bd is Mexico and India is USA.

In reality differences between Mexico and USA is that Mexico per capita is one seventh of USA.

India per capita is not even double of bd not even close to double. It’s almost same or maybe few percentage point more.

What exactly is your founding ideology?
It is enshrined in our constitution. And spelled very clearly without any doubt. Read it up, as this is your favourite question on every thread, where you have nothing logical to say.

Our ideology must have been laid out very well and clearly, since we are going strong.

Has your founding ideology served you well? Time to ask yourselves and do some introspection. Considering splitting of your nation, sectarian violence and blasts everyday killing soldiers and innocents, indicates that your founding ideology isn’t working very well.
Time to get into tweaking mode rather than being critical of others mode.

It became poor after it merged with India?

In quest to drive one’s own narrative, people make fabricated claims. I suggest that you do a little internet search to look for facts before making claims like this one.

If making claims could result in territory changing hands, then good luck.

While making claims like this, a little introspection might help. Would you have been able to treat the population of these regions as equals, since the colour of skin wouldn’t have matched with the colour of those in the mainland and their height also may have been shorter. This considering your nations history of mistreating East Paksiatnis as second class citizens which resulted in the separation.
I think Hyderabad or golconda used to be rich because it had the worlds only diamond mines before diamonds were discovered in Africa. All diamonds used to come from Hyderabad for millenia.

It was governed also well. Education, culture and art were all were given a push by the Nizams. Later generations of Nizams degraded and gained all the ills, like many other dynasties.
Downfall of the entire subcontinent happened under the British. They systematically looted us and ensured that everything that gave us pride was taken away.

I don't think that's true. The Nizams were treated Okay ish by the British. they were some of the richest people in the world at that time. The last Nizam used a large diamond that he found inside one of his shoes as a paperweight. I think the Indian government now owns that. All the famous diamonds like the kohinoor, orlov, hope were mined in hyderabad. I think the nizams lost their money when the Indian not British government took away their land and diamonds were discovered in South Africa. as for education etc etc. Very few kings anywhere in the world bothered about that too much for their subjects, I would be surprised if these people were any different. they may have set up a couple of colleges or hospitals here and there but I would be surprised if there was anything more systematic.

We ended ALL FEUDAL Rajas , Nizams, Maharajas, Maharani's etc etc in 1947. All of them started receiving a stipend from the Central govt so that they could continue to live comfortably BUT governance was taken away from them and handed to state and central govt.

After independence India treated all the erstwhile royalty in a similar way. There was no concerted victimisation of any one specific royal family. Same happened with Nizams.
British treated them nicely because they paid them hell of a lot of money. By 1947 Nizams had already started showing a steep downfall on all fronts. That just continued since the main source of revenue was taxes, which stopped going to them.

True, same happened to the kingdom of Coochbehar

Abay kia bak raha hai?

You need land reforms in pakistan , equal distribution of agricultural land is the key for progress, take lands from waderas and big landholders distribute it to people who do not have land in villages .
