Indians are the worst in poverty/hunger reduction.

No wonder India is known for its worst kind of inefficient government.

It is a miracle that such a system still lives on and continues to produce incapable and impotent leaders.

If India is not factored in, the global hunger picture will improve significantly (negative outlier)

If China is not factored in, the global hunger picture will get worse significantly (positive outlier).
