I have a big problem !

I just unlocked bootloader with HTCdev ... but i can't flash recovery.img !!!

Because of this message : waiting for devices

Which device you are using?
Are you trying to flash it with ADB & Fastboot??
Mainly people face this problem when USB Drivers are not installed in PC.
Download proper USB Drivers for HTC, And Enable USB Debugging.
If its still showing "waiting for device" download and install the Android SDK and launch it and then install Platform Tool and USB Drivers (In Extra Tools) in Android SDK....

Try to install the latest PC suite and drivers for your phone on your computer and then connect it.It does the trick for me.

This error usually occurs when the latest driver for your phone is not installed on your PC rest i cant say much without looking at the problem.

Maybe why not try uninstalling it then trying the recovery.
But before you do that first check that your pc suit is the latest version or an older version because that can also cause problems.
