Here the horse is your body. Understanding your body is like understanding your horse. When you create a bond and state of synergy with a horse it gives you a smooth ride. Relationship between you and your body is like that. It nurtures and deepens with time. It happens when you start understanding your body.

So please share with us. When did you realize that you were starting to understand your body. The time may vary from person to person. Let's see.

You as a man won't ever understand your body unless you complete 100 days of strict celibacy with no sex, no p0rn, no masturbation...extend that to a 1,000 days you may understand your soul as well

After that you would know what to do in any and every area of your life


I made it to 30-50 days a few times, but super increased female attraction then becomes the downfall ...

at the moment I can do 50 non-stop knuckle push ups

IDK I feel kinda sad for you. I can do 70 in one go without all this tapasiah.

I do manage to go to 60 time to time but 70 I never made it...may be you are stronger and bigger than me? As long as I do 200 push ups every alternate day in 4 sets I am happy...I have part-opened recently an export unit, that takes up time man ...These are the last few days of mine on pdf till December next year

Good on you bro. Just keep doing it I know some people who can do 200 in one go. I envy them but it takes clean diet, lots of exercise and dedication. Try street workout it worked best for me because no time for gym.

You mean 50 push ups four times with rest in between?
I think number of push ups has nothing to do with strength it's endurance. If you do push ups all the time multiple times a day in few weeks or months you will be able to do more than 200 push ups

Yes each time 50 a few minutes of rest and repeat..sometines I am too exhausted and may spread it over an hour ..sometimes over the whole day...But once I hit my target psychologically I start to slide over a couple of months before again picking up and then hitting the target of 200 push ups in 10 mins again...I am not too much of a fitness enthusiast, I just try to see that I have a slightly big upper body,stong glutes, and a flat stomach...All that helps to feel good about yourself and have a modicum of attraction from the opposite gender

I thought it happens naturally. At a certain age after ups and downs you start feeling that you are understanding your body better.

Ive gained alot of weight in the past year.

Gained around 20 kg extra. According to my BMI, I should be in like 80ish.

Im 6ft tall, and almost 30 in a few months.

With diabetes and cancer (and even heart issue if I count my grandmother) in my family.

And I know its my lifestyle, I stopped going to the gym, my office timings are fked & spend most of my time on a chair.

Too much fizzy drinks and sugar intake and im smoker.

If I keep up with this, Il never cross 40.

How do you react if you fall ill? You take medicine and recovery time etc.
I dont take meda, unless im fked.

Ive been having this sciatica pain for months now & yet havent gone to a doctor (the last doc told me if was a muscular spasm & all the meds didnt help).

You know the problem, but you lack the motivation to change your habits. Think of your strongest motivators. You may not want your parents to grieve the death of their young son, or your wife to be widowed at a young age, or your children to grow up fatherless. It could even be vanity. Whatever works, use it as a motivator.

I leave at 8 & come back home at 8pm.

I drive 3+ hours each day.. on top I have a baby to play with and parents.

And trust me have no energy left after all that.

But you are right, infact I face alot of flak from my own family.

I take lots of panadols and quit smoking until I start to feel better. Once I got sick for 10 days straight and until I stopped smoking I didn't get better so I learned from it.

But I read somewhere that you shouldn't stop working out even when you get sick it helps you recover more quickly.

Buy a threadmill machine and a cycling machine.
