As always AJ Inside Story has done a great job of delivering a very balanced and pragmatic analysis on the topic. I like how their panels are always experts on Foreign Policy and other matters of national and international affairs.

After listening David I feel American will give some aid after leaving but will eventually stopped

. .
The Americans know the score. It took them two decades to figure it out.
Yes I feel they want restructure to fight China, Russia, Turkey and other powers now.

The Americans are leaving reluctantly. Let's make no mistake about that. The Americans have too much on their plate. China is now their main focus. Have the Americans achieved any goal in Afghanistan? I would argue not a single goal.

Goals?!?! Rather China, Russia etc. have been scoring one goal after another by shooting directly from inside the penalty box while the US goal keeper goes missing....

.
Well today I heard America further sanctioned Russia. Isn't it a bit stupid. If you didn't sanction these nations you could have a whole different power dynamic with them. You could go into their markets, sell them stuff and make money right??

It is too much too handle for the US. As China and Russia continue to grow and strengthen the US/NATO bandwagon is going to sweat it out. This is only the beginning before we really move into more open hostility.

The Americans are opening more fronts because they are feeling the heat on multiple fronts. There is a saying in Urdu: jab geedar ki maut aati hai, to woh shehr ki taraf bhagtaa hai

If America was wise it would take a break from being the gung ho policeman of the world for a while. Which they seem to be doing in case of Afghanistan.

First challenge for US is COVID and reignite economy which is main reason to pull from Afghanistan having hafty bill of 100 billion $ a yr time to chop it off and use this money inside US second is rise of Russia and tension over Europe especially Ukraine next is China So Biden used least bad option retreat from Afghanistan and look at bigger picture any Afghan Govt official thinks by running News article campaign againt Pak and Talibans or criticism over Biden decision is folly American not gonna give them a single penny yes may be Get money from IMF or WB not from US treasury imagine US owes 8 billion - 10 billion CSF since Trump and late Obama era they not giving to Pakistan afghanis thinking about Aid from now onwards forget about that

Not going to happen. The Americans are moving out of Afghanistan to fully focus on China. The Americans now understand how big of a challange China is. They need every resource to tackle China. Not a single distraction.

The problems for the Americans is that it is too little too late. America is declining in a humiliating fashion.

US keeping diplomatic presence at Kabul so I feel they will develop mechanism to deal with Talibans once withdrawl will complete and may continue reconstruction projects inside Afghanistan with collaboration of Talibans I hope they will do it

For sure. The Americans will play some sort of game, but their time is really up. Their clout has diminished significantly. They know it.

Now we will step in along with Russia and China and make Afghanistan a success story. I cannot wait when Pakistan provides China passage to Afghanistan. This is our time now.

That's true but having diplomatic presence is good thing will put check on new afghan Govt. I read few member on forum fearing they will do like 80s cut and run and placing sanctions on Pakistan I don't think it will happen this time they will use Pakistan as yardstick to deal Afghanistan and Taliban in future I see more collaboration between US Pakistan in all fronts and won't be surprise more trade and CPEC investment by US companies also military side too
Khans Govt wants US participation in CPEC and Afghan reconstruction and also use same corridor by US too in future

We got the Americans in a firm grip. No doubt about it. It took two decades and the rise of China for the Americans to really backtrack.

I believe the US will be a spoiler though. The US won't join CPEC because it is a Chinese initiative. It would be good though if the US did join CPEC. It won't happen. Pakistan along with China and Russia is how I see it.
