If you're really in in Lahore you can take a bus to Peshawar and then once in Peshawar ask a rickshaw and they will take you there.

Calm down buddy, that's why he's asking for guidelines, you're acting as if it is a big deal, if Government really wants to regulate Dara market they would have done so already.

but as far as I know, now a days you cannot cross into darra without a local. so you need a local friend who you can trust..

He can get permission from khasdar forces in khyber region and probably one of them will go with him if he cannot speak pashtu but again i don't understand what is his purpose of buying weapons even if legally..the only legal use of weapons is for haunting or personal safety and i guess he is safe in Lahore but they will surely ask for his purpose of visit

If he take my bus then nobody will stop him but he will be responsible for his own safety and yes he cannot bring that weapons with him in lahore because there are many check posts between rawalpindi and peshwar
