Stop using Air Conditioner, thats whats helping me...
I do not know the logic, but its working wonders for me....


And If nothing works, one cetirizine 10mg tablet evry fourth day, wil control the runny nose.

Why on earth would it be banned? the thing is damn good for allergies, the other recommendation is:

As absurd as it may sound but Allergies are due to lack of Gut bacteria. You can take anti histamines as temporary solution but for long term solution you need to increase the gut bacteria count and variety.
For that green uncooked veggies are good and so are home made yoghurt made using different commercially available bacteria cultures.

Eat local honey from 30 square miles of where you live. A spoon every day in the morning does the trick.

Inhale lots of steam (a shower works fine), use a neti-pot and nasal sprays, take an antihistamine, and repeatedly sniff peppermint oil after you do all of what of what I've listed until your nose/sinuses clear up.

I've been having some serious allergy problems lately, as well. Trust me, everything I said will help a lot.

An alegra M at bedtime for 5 days or if really bad go to your ENT and get a hista globe injection .

Clean your AC filters every two weeks and you will be fine.

I myself has severe allergy problem.
Had allergic testing done and took antialkergic antibodies injections for the same.nowhave relief for last 12 years.
If u in india then start with tab septilin for 6mnts...it will really help u

Septilin is more to boost immunity towards colds , not to help with allergy , also when you stop it you tend to get a cold the very next week .

No sir boosted immunity helps u for years ..in that cases septilin and antiallergic antibodies injections helps.
I do recommend this treatment for my patients and i do run an allergic testing centre in mumbai.
