2. High real estate prices and cost of living for the average family
3. Lack of social mobility

Japan and South Korea's problem will hit China hard in 10 years or so. Stupid *** little pink boomers in China still thinks "oh they're just lazy because they can mooch off their parents" without offering any tangible solution to their hardships.

China is running out of women. All east asain nations have some demographic issues. I'd take those over a never ending population any day like in South Asia.
