In contrary my interpretation is Russia sent a strong message to India that if India know how to play US card, Russia can play Pakistan card as well, probably Pakistan want to keep a low profile with private jet instead of using president jet. India is very sensitive like girl that always like to get attention such as when Chinese sub dock at SL or military exercise with Nepal, Indian government begged these respective nations not to allow Chinese sub docking and reduce military exercise scale, so I'm not surprise if India is begging Russia to scale down the diplomatic protocol with Pakistan.

But we Chinese show the full respect to our all weather friend
