Actually pigeons are Ok once you learn to cook them right, might take a few tries but here are some of my favorites. I used to be intimidated by pigeons but can do a pretty decent job now

Pigeon pie (my favorite)

Pigeon cutlets in apple and wine sauce tastes pretty good to, with roasted parsnips on the side.

Both are excellent recipes.

And guys the most tasty part is that pigeons were used to spy quite early ..... India baba e adam ke zamane ko bhi nae samaj saki to kia baat krti hai!!!!
