See the video. The Muslims are framed, get jailed for nothing and after proven innocent, they are not compensated well.
@jamahir

Yes, I watched that part of the program last night. Sad. The same way as Aamir Khan, there is the progressive student leader and activist from JNU - Umar Khalid - now in jail for the last one year on charges of "anti-national activities", basically some rubbish foisted by the Delhi police because he supposedly incited the Delhi riots of early 2020. The reality :
The matter revolved around a speech that Khalid had given on February 17, 2020, in Amravati which, in the police version of events, was allegedly “seditious”. But where did the police get their version from? From videos put out by two TV channels, Republic TV and News 18. Where did Republic TV and News 18 get their videos from? From a tweet put out by Amit Malviya, national “in-charge” of the BJP’s Information and Technology department.

The tweeted version of the speech was cleverly edited to make it sound “seditious”, in the loosely defined way to which our criminal justice system seems partial. In actuality Khalid had, far from giving a call for violence in that speech, had actually conveyed a message of unity of the people and love.

Khalid’s lawyer summed it well:
“Your material is a YouTube video which is copied from a tweet. The journalist did not even have the responsibility to go there. It’s not a journalistic ethic. This is death of journalism.”
:lol: So Delhi Police got its info from the notorious Chaatukaar media who got it from the notorious IT Cell.

Yeah specially against Muslims, but overall for any dissent voice. As Umar Khalid said that UPA is not misused but its use is to detain any opposition voice w/o charges to subdue him. So, this video just support the thread that how Modi is misusing not only the state departments (Police, IT, etc) but also parliament to kill Indian democracy by projecting a threat to him, Hindus and India. Like Nazi created jew threat to control majority German.

The newly announced NATGrid is nothing but a BJP IT cell.

I didn't know what was NATGrid so I googled and saw that it was formed in 2009 but yes it may come under influence of an environment formed by the notorious IT Cell.

we don't have a single reporter or anchor of this caliber in our current news channels. even I have a different point of view from him on many things. but this guy is a rare breed in subcontinent.
he is one of few or even the only one who is doing real journalism in inda. otherwise, it's about all sensationalism and ratings.

His channel NDTV India ( Hindi ) and its parent, NDTV ( English ), are the best TV news channels in India.

We have great anchor, investigative reporter and journalists of his calibre and many of them (Ejaz Haider, Dr Moeed, Aftab Iqbal, Rauf Klasra). They are well read as him. However, Ravish is courageous and persistent. Also, his style is more of a satirist like John Oliver or Stephen Colbert. We don't have a journalist like that.
