Answer is certainly not to Indians. India continues to go from strength to strength. Indian population continued to grow as the violence raged in Kashmir. Indian economy is better than it was before 1990. But Kashmir certainly lost two of it's generations to violence. Kashmiris did cause a slight inconvenience to India. India dealt with it and moved on.

Do you have any other ideas up your sleeves? For instance nukes? Wars and insurgencies are spent bullets. Show something new if you have it in you.
