As I remember this was a comedy ..The OST wasnt so entertaining but the drama was funny :

I cant read Chinese so not sure if it is the same 1 you suggested

That drama is legend you still can watch it through youtube I guess.

This is the new version of it, but the theme song is the same. I dont watch the new version (2017) but my sister did, she ordered the movie serial (or just watch on youtube).
