CNN version "tank man" video

Another original "tank man" video

Comparing the two videos, you can find two differences.

1, Original video doesn't have any background sound. CNN video has gun shooting sounds(Obviously CNN wants to indirectly tell viewers a big massacre is happening). Strangely enough you can see people on the street are very calm(Check 2:01 of second video). This is not reasonable people reaction if there are so many gun shots.

2, CNN intentionally cut the end part of this video. Which misled many people to believe the "tank man” was eventually crushed by tank. As far as I know, many non-Chinese still believe PLA like to kill people by tank crush. This is rather stupid. If you are tank driver, you would realize it is very hard to chase a man by tank. Wouldn't it be much easier to shoot him by gun if you really want to kill him?

5th gen warfare my friend. They have been playing it since hitler times and we only got to know about it in recent times. These cunning americans are way ahead of the pack when it comes to propaganda, whats worse when the truth comes out its already too late.
Right. As a Chinese, I met too many foreigners who like to mention the "Tianmen Massacre". I can tell you the truth: There is no Tiananment massacre. No one got killed in the Tiananment square. Sure many rioters were killed in other places of Beijing. They desevered it. They would be killed too for what they did if they were in US.

Don't believe any media
Disagree. Most media are not so shameless as US media.

any way who cares what westerners think about China? they will always hate China no matter what and it has nothing to do with tank man or Tiananmen or HK or human rights or anything like that, even if China remained as the republic of China and had elections instead of being the PRC they would still hate China, believe me I wouldn't be exagerating at all when I say western governments would be jumping up in celebration if right at this moment the entire Chinese population would just burn alive, even their leftists would be breaking bottles of Champagne in celebration if 1.4 billion people would just die.

in this case what do you do when some people want you to vanish from the face of the earth just because they think no one besides them should be succesfull? well look at Italy, it's a major western imperlaist country yet they joined China's silk road, in other words the bigger China grows western countries will act more & more friendly towards China.

I have not seen either of the video. Here are some observation I caught from both video.

The second video is muted as in the audio track was deleted, you can literally hear nothing even when we saw the tank are moving but no engine sound nor background noise. Which mean the audio data in the second video is manipulated. That does not mean the gunshot in the first video is fake. It just mean whatever the audio track was, it was absent from the second video.

Second video have cut and connect (or Static Seams where you can see the frame does not match the one before.) at 0:08, 0:58, 1:14, 1:22, 1:30, 1:35, 1:42, 1:51, and basically from 1:56 onward, it is just a reloop of the last few second before the video ends. On the other hand, the CNN video does not appear to have been cut or manipulated (Or they are doing a very good job which naked eyes cannot see it) and you can see the transition of the man, frame by frame, are being continuous.

I would consider the people in the second video panic after 1:56 and started running.

I did not see the CNN video was cut hence I cannot see they try to portrait the man is being crushed by the tank, at least at the end of the video, the man is still standing in front of the tank.

If we are in a court and try to determine whether or not Chinese kill anyone in court, the second video would have been rejected outright for being too manipulated and doctored to be shown as evidence. I will need to examine the first video in detail using professional software to see if the video have been cut and paste back and have any manipulation done to it.

But that is just my observation, I do not really care if Chinese kill anyone in Tiananmen Square. I meant, even if the Chinese government do, it's their law and their country, crying about it is like people crying about death sentence after they smuggle drugs into Singapore or place have death sentence imposed on drug charge.

No surprise that US propaganda bullhorns lie all the time. US empire of evil is also empire of lies:

What's sad is that many Chinese today think these protesters 'deserved' to be killed. You may argue that what the CPC did was necessary for stability, or you may think that these protesters are too naive to demand for democracy.

But these protesters truly wanted a better China from the bottom of their heart, no matter how idealistic or naive you think they are.

To say that people like them 'deserved' to be killed just because you disagree with their ideals for democracy, I feel sad for those who sacrificed in exchange for condemn from whom they are trying to fight for, and getting labelled as 'traitors'.

Essentially you can tell if someone is hive-minded by that alone.

The problem is that some of the "protesters" were not peaceful, and started to kill soldiers. No wonder that such trublemakers were killed.

When you attack soldiers don't expect them to stand idly by.

Chinese government was more restrained in 1989 than US regime that send tanks against US protesters in Washington in 1932.

US terrorists wanted to turn China into failed state like Iraq or Libya, using some of US agents. US agents deserved to be killed, like drug traffickers or war criminals (Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump) deserve to be killed.

You talk as if somehow what happened was unique.

When China was going thru the communist revolution, the ordinary Chinese were anything but peaceful. See if you can look that up.
