An over-eager report can hardly be an indicator of ulterior motives on part of India. We regularly get our share of hyped-up news from the media too. But it's up to the reader to verify the facts and base an objective opinion of the issue.

Factually, has the report made any error? In similar vein, how factual is the opinion of the OP's claims?

Freedom of speech is obviously a given in democracy. But it also comes with a set of restrictions. Not for nothing are Libel, slander and sedition charges entertained by the judiciary.

Observe how in spite of me disproving his 'theory' in post 58, he continues to level the same allegations in post 60.

How Awami League handed over South Talpatti to India

Recently Permanent Arbitration Tribunal rendered judgement on Bangladesh and India maritime boundary. Bangladeshis felt utterly lost how indian subservient Awami League regime conceded South Talpatti island to india. South Talpatti island is a tiny land spot in south western point of Bangladesh Bangladesh boundary. Close inspection reveals Island today only visible in low tide. Although, area around South Talpatti is immensely important because of natural resource and strategic reasons.

But Awami League regime as it is staying in power with indian money and gun power, outright rejected the existence of the island. Where as india not only claim island exist but also claim island to be theirs and made it base point.

Case filing clearly reveals that indian subservient Awami League reached a sinister deal with india at the background to handover South Talpatti island and adjecent areas. Lets review the case filing of both Bangladesh and india in this regard.

That was how game was set - this was why indian installed Awami League made claim way east of actual area Bangladesh should have get and used a straight 180 line and india drawn a line way inside Bangladesh territory.

If Awami League made South Talpatti as one of Bangladesh base point, Bangladesh delimitation point would have been further west and line could easily be skewed close to 190 degree atleast near the coast . india and its subservient Awami League was under the impression india would get close to half of Bangladesh territory india claimed.

But fate as had it, Tribunal decided to use 177.3 degree line that faulted Indo-Awami plan to handover larger chunk of Bangladesh EEZ and beyond.

That is why indian judge in the panel got so upset and wrote an utterly frustrated note of dissent.

Offcourse, indian chest thumping class don't read verdict and/or admit but just chest thump out of typical and despicable habit.
