Communism doesnot , indian communist do. the convert is more loyal than original. they have to show the world how much secular they are.They ban hindu communist party members from holding traditional puja while allow muslim counterparts visit Mecca. you cannot imagine how much they have deviated from original Lenin/ Marxist ideology. btw there is not that much friction where christians are there, only in muslim majority areas.i know thats not politically correct but thats the truth.

They not only import them but give them a lot of documents(passports,ration cards etc) for free. And at time give them government land too.
